A few weeks ago, I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Brittany to give her closet a little TLC with my Closet Overhaul service. After spending some time discussing Brittany’s current wardrobe and how she envisioned her “perfect” personal style, we ventured into her closet and through her drawers. We spent the next 3 hours going though all of her clothes and discussing how each piece fit her vision (whether good or bad) so that she had a good understanding of what worked for her and what didn’t, and, most importantly, why! After dissecting and discussing Brittany’s current clothes and accessories, Brittany was left with her clothing in 4 main categories: Keep, Give Away, Take to Tailor, and Throw Away. Once we had identified the keepers, I got to work making outfits and Brittany was left with almost 30 new outfits from her existing clothes! Here are a few of the looks that Brittany loved:

Mixing and matching basics allows for creation of many work looks. Styling tip: A brightly colored cardigan, a basic bottom, and a patterned top is the perfect equation for a go-to work outfit.
